ProCertMax

Cookie Policy

Last updated: 1 September 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how TransFormIQ Ltd, providing ProCertMax, uses cookies and similar storage or access technologies.

1. What Cookies Are

Cookies are small text files stored on a device when a website or online service is used.

Similar technologies may also include local storage, scripts or other technologies that store information on, or access information from, a user's device.

These technologies can help a service maintain secure sessions, authenticate users and support essential website functionality.

2. How ProCertMax Uses Cookies

ProCertMax currently uses cookies and similar technologies only where they are necessary to provide, secure and operate the service.

These technologies may be used for purposes such as:

  • Authentication.
  • Maintaining User Sessions.
  • Security.
  • Preventing Unauthorised Access.
  • Supporting Core Application Functionality.

These technologies are necessary for ProCertMax to operate correctly and securely.

3. Essential Cookies and Technologies

Essential cookies and similar technologies are required for basic functionality and security.

They may be used to:

  • Keep Users Signed In.
  • Maintain Secure Sessions.
  • Authenticate Accounts.
  • Protect Against Fraud or Misuse.
  • Support Account and Subscription Functionality.
  • Maintain Necessary Technical Operation of the Platform.

Where these technologies are strictly necessary to provide a service requested by the user, consent is not normally required. We will still provide clear information about their use.

4. Analytics Cookies

ProCertMax does not currently intentionally use non-essential analytics cookies to track user behaviour.

If non-essential analytics technologies are introduced in the future, we will update this Cookie Policy and implement any consent controls required by applicable law before they are activated.

5. Marketing and Advertising Cookies

ProCertMax does not currently intentionally use marketing or advertising cookies.

We do not currently use cookies to build advertising profiles or intentionally track users across unrelated websites for advertising purposes.

If this changes, we will update this Cookie Policy and implement appropriate consent controls before using such technologies where required by law.

6. Third-Party Services

ProCertMax relies on third-party technology providers to operate parts of the service.

These may include:

  • Supabase.
  • Vercel.
  • Stripe.
  • Email Delivery Providers.

These providers may use necessary storage or access technologies when their services are used, for example to support authentication, security, payments or platform operation.

Their own processing may also be governed by their applicable privacy and cookie information.

7. Payment Technologies

When a customer interacts with subscription or payment functionality, our payment provider, currently Stripe, may use cookies or similar technologies where necessary for purposes such as:

  • Payment Security.
  • Fraud Prevention.
  • Authentication.
  • Processing Transactions.

Stripe operates its own technology and may apply its own privacy and cookie practices to those services.

8. Managing Cookies

Users can manage or delete cookies through their browser settings.

Because ProCertMax currently relies on essential technologies, disabling or blocking them may prevent parts of the platform from working correctly.

This may result in:

  • Being Unable to Sign In.
  • Sessions Ending Unexpectedly.
  • Subscription or Account Features Not Working Correctly.
  • Security Features Failing to Operate as Intended.

9. Cookie Consent

ProCertMax does not currently intentionally use non-essential analytics, advertising or marketing cookies.

On that basis, ProCertMax does not currently require a non-essential cookie consent banner solely for the technologies described in this policy.

If we introduce technologies that require consent in the future, we will implement an appropriate consent mechanism before those technologies are activated where required by law.

10. Changes to This Cookie Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy if:

  • Our Use of Cookies or Similar Technologies Changes.
  • New Services or Technologies Are Introduced.
  • Legal or Regulatory Requirements Change.

The latest version will be made available through ProCertMax.
